Ketamine-assisted therapy (KAT)
Ketamine-assisted therapy (KAT) is a gentle and effective treatment approach in which ketamine is administered at a dose tailored to individual goals, as part of a psychotherapeutically supported process. Thanks to its neuroplastic effects, it can help loosen entrenched patterns of thinking and feeling. It is administered under professional supervision and often makes it easier to access deeper emotional experiences and inner processes.
In my practice, I support people together with a team of experienced professionals. I prepare them for these special experiences, help them understand what they have experienced, and support them in integrating what they have learned into everyday life in a meaningful and beneficial way.
